Is anyone selling a one room apartment in Nicosia, close to the centre?

Are there any Cyprus links where I can look them up.

If anyone is selling please communicate with me, only serious offers, and logical prices will be considered!

However I am not looking into paying CY60,000 for one bedroom apartment as this is not the real price for it. I am looking for a good chance if someone is willing to sell his 1 bedroom apartment in a logical price. If there is such a chance then we will get our private e-mails, and talk about it.

well...selling my 1 year old 1 bedroom apartment in Nicosia...i am sorry to disappoint you but it will be difficutl if not impossible to find anything less than 60000 pounds

I really wonder when the prices went up that high

If you look in the classifieds, I am seeling my 3 bedroom in Nicosia for $160,000 we shall see, I have it with a Realtor.

$60,000 thousand???? only a foreigner will buy it...no Cypriots will pay that much money, renting is cheaper. The reason no family can live in one room apartment

you guys are not serious right? have you looked in the classified lately? I wish things were the way you say they are. This way i wouldnt have to pay 120000 pounds for the 2 bedroom i bought.

how much did you buy yours???

My 3 bedroom is very spacious and very close to Pizza Hut, very nice location, 3 balconies, huge bedrooms, wide corridor...at least a I am selling a 3 bedroom, sitting and dining room, wide corridor, 3 balconies, two bathrooms, big kitchen...what does one bedroom offer for CY60,000.-

I would advise you to keep it a few years to justify you at about CY70,000 . I hear many foreigners buy them at that price, as they come from richer countries...Shall see if i sell mine ???

Leffette ever think of buying in north nicosia? For 60000 cyp you can buy a 3 bedroom, 160 square apartment in "Kocluçiftlik" ( on TC land ) very close to ledra palace.
