Leffette,the 'TRNC' doesn't exist as a country.Northern Cyprus is part of the British Commonwealth though - as part of the Republic of Cyprus!

Do you guys think that the TRNC will ever be free from the unmerited persecution, unjust embargoes, and south Cyprus will ever apologise for the atrocities they committed on the innocent Turkish Cypriot population?

Regarding the EU, a European delegation are actually holding contacts in the TRNC on the harmonization of the Turkish Cypriots with the acquis, so try and keep up!

Paaul12,if you think that the 'TRNC' will ever gain international recognition,then you're dreaming.Somaliland has more chance of getting recognition,along with Kosovo though.
