Zan,the flag of Cyprus is a neutral design,as it represents neither Greece nor Turkey.You should try flying the flag of Cyprus up in northern Cyprus.That would piss off the Turks.

Zan,yes,I did.The proposed design looks more like a flag of one of the ex-U.S.S.R. states - that of Azerbaijan springs to mind.

Then we need to start again but as I have said...There will not be a need for it soon and the "RoC" will discard that one and take on the flag of Greece...
