hi, ive just joined and looking forward to some interesting and stimulating conversations and /or debates!

im an english cypriot ( i was born in uk , greek-cyp parents ) , female living in uk but hopefully relocating to cyprus in the near future, although im in cyprus holidaying every year, i would like to to know what actually living life in cyprus is really like- hence the question earlier about tilers.

anybody got any useful advice about anything at all?

First of all is this a joke or an enigma?
If it's not one nor the other then it should have been posted some other place.

Hello vriski,

welcome to the forum.

I think this post should have been placed somewhere else as was stated, although as you are new can be forgiven at this stage.

As you can see there are some very touchy people here, but thats what makes it a good talking/debating/fighting ground.

As for topics, just read through the posts see what you like and contribute.

If you don't see anything you like start something you do and turn that into a bedate.

All the same living in cyprus is good, but does take some adjustments on your part. Depends if you are coming here to work, retire, have kids, etc etc as all these things need taking care of. Above all have a open mind, the british cypriots are still classed as foreigners but just give as good as you get and you'll be ok.

All the best with your move.
