Estate Agent Receptionist/Administrator wanted (Paphos)

We are a licenced Cypriot Estate Agent & Chartered Surveyors; we have recently opened a new office in Chloraka, Paphos, and we are looking for a person to take responsibility of all administrative and reception duties, the candidate will need to;
• Speak in both English & Greek
• Have good working knowledge of MS Windows, Excel, Word & Outlook
• Have good client relationship skills
• Have good organisational skills
• Be confident and able to work on their own initiative
• Have relevant experience in the real estate or similar market
Duties will include, handling phone email & walk-in enquiries, managing appointments for the sales team, organising window displays etc.
The working week will be 40hrs including some Saturday mornings. Remuneration will be based on experience.
