Now, that wasn't so hard, was it Zan ??...Thanks...I got it now.
So,I am taking it for granted that they have removed the age 49 business,as long as you have not returned permanently, and do not stay for longer than 90 days in any one year....
What I want to know now is, do we need to go to Asal Sube and get a piece of paper saying we can leave???? This is what I had to do last time (before I turned 49),and believe me it took me 3 full days (out of my 10 in the trnc) to get the bloody thing....I still have it but is it valid now under this new law???? There are a lot of traps for the unwary,Kikapu...Tread carefully, mate.
Don't worry...he ain't goin any where near the place......
As for your other point......I am only guessing here and am sure someone will correct if needed but your passport is stamped and if your exit is within 90 days it will be fine.
I am not sure you are right,Zan...How will they know if you have not exceeded your 90 days in one year...??? I think you will need to apply to Asal Sube, prove to them that you have not exceeded your 90 days allocation, and get a piece of paper allowing you to leave...They won't go looking through your passport for entry/exit dates and add them up,not while they can make you run around getting pieces of paper from the departments of immigration, police, internal affairs, what have you...I was soooo pissed off last time,I can't begin to tell you...There is always the slight possibility that they have changed that bloody system, and it is as simple as what you say. But I won't bet my holiday on it...Please let me know if you find out anything concrete, and I will do the same for you...
