From where you all came to Cyprus, if you say you are not Cypriots, you don't have signs on the road? You get a driving license for good luck or what?

That's why here are so many accidents, nobody knows the rules but they have a valid driving license.

Very nice. It should also give you the right to beat the one that hits you on the road, just because this is the only way to calm stupid drivers down.

L.E. and yes I am mad 'cause a retard in a mercedes just didn't looked before getting out of the parking, and after I've passed him he was the one annoyed. How is that???

That's a bit harsh isn't it IcyNoAngel.

At least most other nationalities know about the highway code and don't consider that it's a fairy tale book like most Cypriots do.

With every country there are rules of the road and they are mostly very similar it's just the individual countries idiosyncrasy's that can catch you out

I've bought the highway code , read it and more to the point understood it which is much more than some Cypriots it seems .

And believe me, I haven't got my driving license after being asked 3 signs as it happens here. I have a whole book of rules in my head.

Anyway here it doesn't surprise anyone if you get hit, even if you're parked
