Well what would your perfect Cypriot Mamma do for you .....
:D

Spend less time making a fool of yourself on the forum and more time with your mum and son. This simple rule applies to all mothers around the world, not just Cypriots.

Phoenix is NOT making a fool of herself. i think she is asking for support. and she should have another life, not just centered around her mom and child. this was a sexist remark on your part, MR-from-NG. if you don't understand the thread, then shut your mouth and learn, or just go away.

Oh my god    one frustrated tart coming to the aid of the other.

I can read you both like a book, you both show extreme frustration, I know a good cure for that, in fact most sensible adults do. Shame you two don't.

PS, you are a scumbag of a yank, I'm a Cypriot, now tell me which one of us should go away.

i am not frustrated. i am proud of who i am, and what i have done with my life despite the hardships i have had.
i am not taking your bait, and will not resort to name calling here.
a large percentage of this forum is made up of expats. if you tell me to get lost, you are telling them to get lost as well, and we all have a right to be here. i think we are all here because we love cyprus.
so calm down, and take it out on your own wife.

In case you're not aware it is you that attacked me with both guns blazing young lady. You told me to shut up and go away. I have read most of your posts and you seem like a calm carefree type of person. IF I have a personal issue with the Turk/ TC hating individual on the forum that's my problem You had no right to attack me. I don't mind you defending this individual but attacking me in doing so is unacceptable.

MR-from-NG you are toally out of order here. You have attacked without provocation and made yourself sound bitter and unpleasant.

You have no idea about these lady's lives or who they really are and therefore have no right to insult them like this.

Poor me,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I put it down to all the insults Phoenix has been dishing out on us all. It must have had some kind of negative affect on me. What do you think?

I would like to know though why you are behaving like a guard-dog, and why the inconsistency? I've never seen you bark at Phoenix, it provokes and insults member far more than I do.

So this is more to do with sour grapes???

Your comment was simply insulting and chauvinistic, there was no tangible basis to your comment.

I did not or will never simply insult members, however frustrating. I am sure Phoenix and I will 'bark' at each other many times but at least it will be a true argument and your comment about GG seems to be based on the simple fact she is American!

My point was that I am torn between doing what is best for my developing / growing son and an ageing mom.

I hoped it would draw comparisons between the two beautiful extremes of life, with myself in the middle, struggling like any questioning sentient Being on how to do what is best, when we only get one crack at it. I devote 24 / 7 to this ( I am fortunate) .... but who would say that is enough?

GG, Lena, Bubbles, T_C, (Bill?) and Niki, way to go on providing insight into your experiences too ....

Lets make this a battle oft he sexes shall we

Stop having a go at manhood you...you....you....woman

Zan I love and adore men .... my son is rapidly turning into one. I do not have a problem with normal women-loving men.

On the other hand, come on ... you know how sick MR-from-NG is  Don't degrade yourself by putting your Turkishness before your Manliness and just sticking up for him purely on that basis ...

You are better than him Zan ... :D

I've had the privilege of meeting both Zan and GR. They are indeed both better than me in many ways, I don't mind admitting that. All that said I doubt I'm as bad as you portray me Phoenix. You are provocative, insulting and a very venomous person. You are a wind up merchant and lack common decency, still you cant have it all I guess.

Phoenix , calm down , most Cypriots are decent folk who want nothing more than peaceful coexistence with every one on the island, where respect and safety are applicable to all.
