You use it in a derogatory, offensive manner as a SLUR that's why

It's the way that you use it that makes it offensive

"PAKI" is an utterly offensive term, you may argue that someone from PAKIstan should love it like an AFGHAN from AFGHANistan or a BRIT from BRITain
