that I'm in Cyprus(2.5 years).....but I have to ask anyway...I've read this forum , for hours, topic by topic so unpossible not to notice that Turkish ppl write and discuss here - yes , let's stupid and ignorant remarks, but they are here

On the other side, if I just try to start a conversation with my Greek colleagues about Turkish (young colleagues, 25 -30) people, culture, language, anything..they become deaf ! Nothing ! Taboo ! No interest, we don't know them....yeah it was like that before 74, bot NOW and TODAY..silence. Some explanations ?

I come from a country which went through world wars, nacism, communism..., divisions, unifications...but we discussed things.More sensible things people discussed after years and years later.

Does it mean this problem is still so delicate that young people do not speak about it now ?
