When our house was being designed/built we told the builder that we wanted to recycle the grey and rainwater… a fairly simple thing to implement at that stage.
They looked at us as though we had just fallen from the sky and consequently, after several meetings we decide that it just was never going to happen.

That does not surprise me! Maybe builders should take heed and start listening to the buyer and implementing such pipes etc.
