Hi

As my girlfriend is taking lessons just now to drive i am looking for a small, economical (up to a 1.5L) cheap run around car so i can help her with her lessons and for when she passes as i currently have a mini bus and a pick up which isn't really the best for a learner driver.

We are looking to spend no more than £500.

Thanks but it is to big an engine for my girlfriend starting off in ( the roads may not be a safe place with her behind a 1.9!!)

A old 1.9 diesel is only around 60 hp. They need around 20 sec. to reach 60.

but really looking for something more practical and smaller to start her off
