How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

The so called "humanist" is now doing the same to you as he did to me, he does not "understand" that you want to be identified as a Turkish Cypriot and not only as a "Cypriot". When I told him that I refuse to drop the Turkish he with the help of his GCs compatriots called me a foreigner. This is their way of trying to force us TCs to forget our Turkishness and become "Cypriots only". They hope that if we drop the Turkish then we become supposedly "Cypriots" like them and agree to a one man one vote
shite they are trying to push down our throats. It is the GCs way of achieving a GCs only ruled island and eventually ENOSIS when they have the upper hand.

Eric I call all these LIES and you are a LIAR ..........

What else did I expect from a lying snake in the grass but to come back and lie even more.

Why else would you demand that I drop the Turkish and call myself a "Cypriot only", you lying piece of shite.

Even now, today, you absolutely refuse to address us Turkish Cypriots as Turkish Cypriots and you claim to be a "humanist".

I am a Turkish Cypriot pal and if you refuse me my human rights to call myself a Turkish Cypriot then you are nothing but a racist twat and I will remind you of that every time you write "Turkish speaking Cypriots" instead of Turkish Cypriots.

Oh dear

There's nothing quite as nauseating as an ad hominem using intellectually barren half wit, with the manners of a sow and the knowledge of a village idiot.

Eric, you really ought to calm down the rhetoric. No-one is listening. This stuff may work in Turkey, where you can back it up with a punch or a bullet. In democratic forums (and yes, the Greeks did invent Democracy) you need to conduct yourself with more decorum. Even Piratis meets certain standards.

Pull yourself together 'Eric'.

No, my friend. You are ill-informed and laughable in your ignorance. Enosis is old hat, it would never be permitted to enter even the political lexicon of any future united Island State. The EU wouldn't allow it, for one thing.

Let's clarify shall we? Enosis was wrong, but it's a historical policy and there is no viable hope of it being reinstituted.

As far as embargoes fo, I think it's safe to assume that while Turkey was provided with the right to brutally invade, thus leaving rape, pillage and murder in its wake, the GCs have the right to, in turn, react and put up certain barriers. Just because they have done well for themselves (well, that is a result of democracy after all) there's no point in spitting the dummy and getting all jealous and upset. You can't have it both ways. If you did have it both ways, you'd have taken the whole Island, but as your 'rulers' jolly well know, us Brits weren't going to have that. We have sovereign Queen's territory to protect, don't you know.

In short, Eric, you need to learn manners and how to debate and understand your opponent fairly. At the moment, you sound off like a spoilt agitator, not knowing which person's head to chomp off next.

I suggest you read more and educate yourself. It may help you become less bumptuously ill-informed.

Oh boy, not another fool suffering from superiority complex. Bloody hell.

Ok pal, now I know with whom, or even better what, I have to deal with.

So, one minute you are a Brit and when it suits you, you are a racist GC who hates Turks and have no scruple's in proving your racism by insulting a whole nation.

Listen pal, I will tell you this for your own good, next time you want to start a conversation don't be a stupid idiot like you were tonight and start a conversation with a racist remark. But obviously if you want to carry on and be a stupid fool I definitely will not stand in your way.

You are damn right ENOSIS was wrong and equally wrong is the GCs wish to be the sole rulers/owners of the whole of Cyprus and us TCs as a second class minority. It will never happen.

Tell me, if someone broke into your home and tried to murder all your family members would you:

a) Kill the person to save your family?

or

b) Stand aside and let him kill everyone because you believe it is wrong to kill?

You know as well as everyone else that the GCs want the Brits out of Cyprus and maybe one day they might even achieve that, what then? What will the UK do, where will it go? Any ideas?

Where will we 'go'? Listen pal, our presence on the Island is of use to us strategically and because it is a top notch listening post for the armed forces. If we, and this won't happen, forced to leave...er, the people who work on the bases would come home and the UK government would save much in the way of tax payers money. We may have lost the empire, but we do have a country you know!

I agree, Enosis was wrong, but you are paranoid and aggressive in your stance. Like I say, it won't return as a policy, it can't return as a policy, But you and your kind need to keep pumping out the propaganda and scaremongering, otherwise you lose valuable chips in the bargaining and debate for the island's future.

You know your moral stance is a busted flush and you know the regime has no right to maintain a grip on the North. A solution must be reached, but as usually for the Turks, they want to maintain an iron grip and a hold on all the aces. Hence the anti-Greek propaganda and scares over 'Enosis'.

By the same token, the GCs need to demand less and be less greedy in their demands. The Annan plan was a decent proposal, though rejected out of characteristic GC greed. Where the Turks are aggressive imperialist war mongers, the GCs are incorrigibly greedy.

There needs to be a tempering of attitudes.

My advice? Be more like the Brits. We are far superior in terms of culture and morals.

Don't be such an idiot, you are listening and also replying or is the reply above only my imagination. Bloody hell pal, are you for real?

You are wrong about Greeks inventing democracy pal, democracy was invented in Egypt long before the Greeks came out of the dark ages but of course your Greek side does not allow your two cell brain to believe that, does it?

There are Turkish Cypriots around in the South.I know of a few families and there relatives living a basic but unhindered life.I also remember my Turkish Cypriot neighbours when I was a boy, good people with no interest in politics or religion. We ate, played and went to school together,we all looked the same,we were friends..Good times before the lunacy of both sides began...

Eric you are a lying, vicious and malicious individual and if you are the representation of Turkish speaking Community there wuld be no better way than leaving things as they are in Cyprus with a six meter wall keeping you where you belong. I have never had a single conversation with you because you are incapable of having a humane discussion. Provide the post you allege I have said.

"You are wrong about Greeks inventing democracy pal, democracy was invented in Egypt "

And the Egyptians gave it a Greek name? What did they call it in Egyptian? Who was their first elected leader?

You do have a sense of humor! Unless you are going to be spouting that Black Athena crap which is even funnier than regular comedy. It goes something like "the Greeks got their knowledge from the Alexandria librabry, which is where Aristotle studied and then he went on to teach Alexander the Great who expanded Greek culture to the known world". Is this what you are saying Eric?
