No I was planning on setting up a business there looking at the place from google earth. Obviously you are not very bright either.
I went many times ... I was planning on buying a hotel until I found out that it actually belonged to a Greek and since BG is part of the EU the Greek could sue me and claim my property and personal assest anywhere in the EU.
That is the security you have with your TRNC.
Oh should I also mention that the sight of 10-15 people living in a tiny house and food on the floor was not very appealing either for a tourism investment (very close to the port of Kerynia).

I guess your comment was stupid and you are so naive to believe that Turks never shouted or used anti-Geek slogans.

Anti-Greek demonstration in Turkey
According to TRT (17:00 hours, 23.8.96), an anti-Greek demonstration was staged in the Turkish town of Tekirdag. Citizens gathered outside the Rustem Mosque following the Friday prayers and started to march chanting slogans such
as "Cyprus will be a graveyard for the Greeks," "Down with the PKK," and "United Nations give accounts."

I have a hotel too, also authentic TC property, and i tell you no one around here has 15 people living in their homes, this village is pretty much entirely TC, and we might be looking to rent out our hotel for long term, sale however, is not possible.

Last thing we want is the Greeks buying us out of here. I hear Karpaz area is being sold to some Jews, how sad.

It doesn't really matter who buys you out ... Greeks, Jews, Brits or Germans. Bottom line is they all run a huge risk of loosing their money, either through a court decision or a possible solution.
Yes there is TC land on the North but exremly limited and almost never for sale. According to my research with the RoC on the north only about 5% of the land belonged to TC prior to 74 and some 2-3 persent to some religious organization.
Even if you do find a TC to sell you their land on the north the only thing you can do is to have a sale agreement signed and stamped by the RoC. You can never finalize the sale as the only recognized authorities will not accept the document.
So if and when the RoC decides to accept this document the TC can very well pull out of the deal since a considerable amount of time would have passed and you still get screwed.

Well, the game has started and its 1st set and 2-1 to Hewitt. Up until last week my wife, son, daughter and son-in-law as well as myself would have supported Marcos. So, his lost 5 supporters from one household alone.

I don't like Hewitt much but I hope he slaughters this arrogant little piece of shit.

As for the future? He can go to hell. He will never have my or my families or friends support again.
