Welcome back from me too! . . . Are you fully connected yet or are you liable to lose it again?

Cytanet are absolutely jolly amazing. Yesterday they gave me dial up within 10 minutes of asking. And this morning the wonderful man arrived and gave me Broadband :shock:

Off to the sea now because my son can't resist, then mummy can play wih her new toy later.

You must be someone's cousin at CYTA!!! That's just not fair - we had to jump though so many hoops and in the end took the agent, landlord and the 'heavy mob' round to see the manager to get broadband.

You will see a huge difference in the speed, I really do miss those heady days of 8MB in the UK!!! If you want to watch something on youtube - forget it unless you can spare 3 hours for it to download!

No cousins . . . I don't go in for nepotism, just old fashioned "please" and "thank-you" . . . . and as I have always said on this forum, Cyprus is as efficient as anywhere (more so in this and a few other incidences so far

).

Regarding speed, I find the Laws of Physics also pretty much function in the same way and there are no differences with youtube, works in microseconds.

Maybe you need the power of positive thinking....

Hello Phoenix, no you're not forgotten, so now you're on DSL already? Neat... they're getting very fast these days, I remember a time when we had to wait for a month or two!
