Is the Peace fairest form of happiness?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Is the Peace fairest form of happiness?

Postby uzan » Mon Mar 28, 2005 1:25 am

Property or land is not essential. But happiness, a love of beauty, peace, friendship between peoples and individuals,is the life itself.
Ultimately we have just one moral duty, to reclaim large areas of peace in ourselves more and more peace and reflect it toward others. And the more peace there is in us, the more peace there will be in our trouble world.
MAY PEACE and PEACE and PEACE BE EVERYWHERE.

Property or land is not essential.

Ok, then how about giving back the land to stole from us so we will finally have peace?

You're the one who said that. If you believe it then hand it back, only because it never belonged to you in the first place. Not for any other reason. And then we can achieve peace.

Uzan, I will ask you the same question like I asked Viewpoint before:

Greek Cypriots have been historically living all over Cyprus for 3500 years. It is not that we bought some land there some years ago, and now you will give us a "refund" and thats it.

Would you accept it for example if for the sake of peace we were proposing to you to compensate you 100% to leave from Cyprus altogether? You said many times that land is not important.

So? Would TCs accept such proposal then? Wouldn't the removal from the lands of your ancestors bother you? Wouldn't it bother you to the degree that you would reject such proposal?

Uzan my friend since we can find peace in another world why dont we all commit suicide then?
In my opinion peace in this word comes only when what you earn with your sweat stays yours. Try to take away the sweat of other people and there is no peace anymore...

I agree and the way i see it. Cyproits (which are not greek nor turkish in ethnicity) should have a right to not only live, work, be educated and have a proportionate level of self determination in governing the society in which they live in.
In these of most BASIC OF HUMAN RIGHTS a major section of indigenous, religiuosly seperate people-cypriots(tc) were subjected to racial segregation, discrimination and subject to intimadation by other culturely different cyproits(gc) who where in positions of power and authority.
When a FOREIGN country attempts to change, affect , influence another country to change rule, and join a EMPIRE, thats right the Greeks still dream of reuniting at least the last section of Empire- the 12 Greek islands.

the trouble is you can say the turks did that the turks did this, but no matter what we say (WE that means you and me) say to each other, since the liberation of cyprus and the succesful halt to the generation long ETHNIC CLEANSING certain GREEK groups encouraged participated and condoned against the other muslim(TC) cypriots, in the name of the church.

there has been a peace, and lets face it Cyprus will remain seperated

untill the greeks reliase that Cyprus has and will always have Ottaman influenced on Turkish cyproits.

Uzan, what you want is not peace. What you want is to legalize the results of your illegal invasion and ethnic cleansing that you performed in the north part of our country.

Peace will come when legality will return and human rights will be applied.
