our kennels are not a sham! we brought 2 dogs with us to north cyprus. both had to have e.u pet passports along with an export certificate from defra!!!!! so they do officially recognise north cyprus they just don't class it as part of the e.u.
so no-it -all get your facts right before giving me a hard time. you obviously lack pedigree

Paste as many as you want, we all know about the dirty resolutions passed by the security council. Remember all the fuss for the russians to block Annan's report on Cyprus after the referandum? The one where he asks for the embargoes to be lifted !!

You made a sweeping statement did you not?

As far as GC's are concerned anything after 74 is illegal. Don't think about it too much.

...and as I have proven you are a MISINFORMER on the Internet and you know VERY WELL how I feel about MISINFORMERS right?

What do you mean by misinformer?

Is everything you write from the "Holy Grail" ? Is it all undisputable? If I state an incorrect fact I have no problem with someone correcting me. But remember GR Politics and Facts do not mix well !!!!

What's all this nonsense about a deed being "pre 74"?

It's the ISSUER of the deed that matters and not the date it was supposedly issued. If you haven't checked the authenticity of the deed with the department of land & administration in Nicosia to ensure that...

1. It is a valid deed.

2. The last owner is/was a TC.

...then chances are you have no property.

Good luck with your venture, as long as you have checked these pre74 deeds, have a good and successful time. I do find a small problem however with the union flag you refer to earlier. I find all flags divisive and offensive, especially that particularly ugly, monstrous one on the mountainside overlooking Nicosia. Far too many flags in Cy.

Where did you get this utter rubbish from?

They are not ignorant of this non-recognition fact ... because this quote is from the DEFRA government site which they link on their sham "pet kennels in the trnc".

DEFRA-UK.gov wrote:The EU does not recognise the area of Cyprus to the north of the buffer zone. Therefore, under EU Regulation 998/2003, that part of Cyprus is regarded as a non-qualifying third country and the UK is obliged to treat it exactly the same as all other non-qualifying third countries.

I don't know who this DEFRA is but they got their wording wrong because it should read...

"The EU does not recognize the ADMINISTRATION of the area of Cyprus to the north of the buffer zone."

...and not the area itself which IS regarded as part of the EU.

Well if it is that important ... should I contact them. :?

DEFRA is the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and is a UK Government Department.
The Minister is (my favourite chap 8) who will be PM after labour lose the next election, then get back in again) the Rt. Hon. Hilary Benn (son of our friend Sir Tony Benn) who is the Secretary of State.

.... and check on imposing stricter rules to prevent the introduction of Rabies to Cyprus by these unrecognised illegitimates!

What do you mean by misinformer?

Simple, it's someone who propagates non-factual information otherwise known as LIES. You seem to stumble often on the most basic of words; perhaps it's time you let us in on your worrying education...

Is everything you write from the "Holy Grail" ? Is it all undisputable? If I state an incorrect fact I have no problem with someone correcting me. But remember GR Politics and Facts do not mix well !!!!

International law is VERY CLEARLY laid out, but if you’re ever unclear about something I’d be more than happy to explain it to you in layman’s terms free of charge. All you gotta do is ask.
