tattoo,s can be painfull but not dreadfull ,

the endorphins kick in pretty quickly, and the pain goes away. it almost becomes pleasurable.

You will be cold then, my son says it is freezing!!! Mind you, not much warmer in Cyprus today. It was only about 6 degrees outside when Webbo got up at 6 this morning!! Brrrr!!

Personally I do not like tattoos. However, in saying that, I have seen some good ones on people but a higher percentage of horrid non-descript designs too. The latter seem to be on mens arms so always on show YUK! Be careful about what you choose to have and always go to a reputable tattooist who should have qualifications, clean premises and obviously very clean and sterile needles. If it hurts, I suggest you abort the tattoo! Good luck!!! Send us pics once you have it done.

BTW, what does your mama say about it?

Webbo,
Today Cyprus is very cold as well . İt is freezing ever where.

Cheers Halil, already know as I am in Cyprus................................................. and COLD!!!!

Tomorrow i will bring 1/4 bottle of Zivania to work. Air conditions doesn't help at all. i am using electrical heater under my table too . my room is 15*4 meter long and room height is 8 meters .

Alcohol reduces your body temperature so coffee/ any hot drinks would be better for you. (Cannot dunk your biscuits in zivania, ) Do you walk to work? Do not forget the consequences of drink driving!

Well UK welcomed me with a nice cold...I am sick again ... I was fine during the flight etc but as soon as I came home I start feeling sick etc. Anyway, I guess UK hates me as much as I hate her too.

Yes I am aware of the safety/health issues. My mum is fine with tattoos. She did not let me have one while i was teenager because she thinks that I should take it seriously but now she is fine if I want to have one...she was thinking of having one too :D

To be honest like you I dont like bodies that are full of tattoos but I actually like them when they have them on the right places and the design is good. Two of my ex-boyfriends and my best friend have tattoo and are great.

:( Did not think you were so bitter towards my homeland!!! Sad to know that, Lena mou

P.S. Get well soon

To be honest Bubbles mou, UK gave me a master degree, peace in my heart in a difficult period of my life, great memories from last year friends that couldnt believe that I could be blessed with them etc etc...is not that bad leaving here if you have a good job and your family around but for me...most of the things and people I love are in Cyprus ... I am 100% Cypriot lady with good and bad things. As many problems and tears Cyprus can give me I can forgive her and move on ... but with UK I cannot...first of all waking up with sun makes you think that better days can come and that somewhere out there there is God...waking up in a dark cloudy cold country dont make me think like that. Finally for personal reasons UK is related with lots of tears and loneliness...sometimes I feel alone here even if I am among 100 people, my mum said that I became so serious and I am not the person I left...I dont laugh as much as I used to and I am not relaxed. After few days in Cyprus I find my self but when I come back here the same s*.

Do I sound weird or not? :D I am sorry Bubbles mou but I guess you can see the difference by your self even if UK is your motherland and you love her because of that...add the love you have for both countries and you will see how much I love Cyprus. :D

Lena mou, you have your reasons, but still hate is such a strong and final description, so I have to ask why you return if you do hate her so much? You obviously left home to go to uni at a young age - 18 yes? You left a teenager and returned a woman, so naturally you would have changed a little, yes? I, like you will always love my homeland regardless. I cannot say that I 'love' being in Cyprus, but for now it is my temporary home so I take each day one at a time, get by and try to make the best of it. Cyprus has her good and bad points, but it is not 'home'

I too left my family, friends and work to live here. :( Miss them all like crazy and that makes my trips back home even more special. You definitely miss what you do not have! I see the faults that England has as you must for Cyprus, but none of that matters to me when I go home. My biggest whinge is not seeing my siblings and neices and nephews on a weekly basis as I would if I still lived at home. :( Still, I have regular contact via the phone, text, e-mails etc, so thank goodness for modern technology!

Having my son back home at uni is also very sad. I know he has settled back in and is coping with the work etc, but I miss him. Suppose I should just be preparing myself for when he does leave the roost for good eh

Try not to be too lonely or sad. This can happen no matter where in the world you are, so just take it one day at a time like me, remember where your heart belongs and most importantly, stay happy.

sorry, but have to go as Greek lessons tonight, HUH!!
Talk to you later

What? In a similar fashion to sheep and cattle 'branding'?
