By the way trying to lay the fault on Ataturks soldiers, is like telling me it's not General Grivas fault, it's his soldiers.

Bonus question: Do you think the fact Ataturk was born (and at least upto his teens raised) in Greece had something to do with the values he passed on to you?

The case with the employees of the Fed State could be like you describe, could be not.
However please notice Talats reply: "If you think you have a problem then increase the number of employees from 5,000 to 10,000". I will then supply you lower stuff too.
So, it's upto you to consider whether the case was as you describe, or not.....
