Bring water from Turkey

I guess there must have been some, a hint of, "cooperative spirit" from behalf of the turkish goverment lately; and i just missed it...

The government just announced some initial measures:

1) Each person is allowed to drink up to half litter of water or any water based liquid per day.
2) No more than a 2 minute shower every month
3) Toilets should be flashed only when totally filled
4) Spitting is prohibited. If you have any extra liquids that you do not need you should donate them to the relevant government agencies.

Few years ago, I believe it was New York City that had water shortages and the Mayor had this slogan for all New Yorkers:

"if it's yellow, let it mellow....if it's brown, flush it down"
