The main message of the letter is translated in English in my write-up entitled "Seeing DIfferently". You will find it between two dotted lines with a note that "non-Greeks" might find it boring. The four areas of improvement that I touch upon (Education, The Economy, Environment and International Cooperation) in the write-up and in the letter to DC are applicable for both Cyprus and Greece. The only difference is that in the letter to DC it was more focused on Cyprus whereas in the one in English reference is made to Greece for the same subjects. I chose to change the country I use as an example since Greece has higher recognition in the US.
