Hi EasyE. To get optimum display output for the PS3, you really need a 42" television (or higher). Plasma is the best but most people think that the PCD are better. Our last customer that bought the PS3 from us put it on an el cheappo LCD and the graphics looked terrible. He went back to the shop to get it changed and they told him that the PS3 was no good. 1080p plasmas are the best..but pricey..

Thanks, but a 42" in a one bed apartment? It would be ok with me but not with the boss!....anyway I don't agree with your comment. Ok, I now have a 26" LCD which i bought 3 years ago and the graphics on my PS3 (in UK) are very good. They would be better with HD etc but graphics are not terrible!

Hi,
to those who are thinking to buy sony I have to share my..experience,bad one with them...
I bought a digital video-camera 3 years ago,now it has already disfonction;I gave it to germanos for repairing,they gave it to the technicall support of Sony,there is one month and I am still...waiting to have back repaired my camera and As I need it for music-video recordings as I am a musicien this is really block my work.
Before I had panesonic but it was the same for the repairing...
I think it does'nt worth to pay more for a mark if for reparaition there is no fiable service!!

They are simply the best,
Have LG tv in lounge, bedroom and kids rooms and never have a problem and the quality...well, you wont get it with any other make
And they look smart too!

Not so goods if already in 3 years a video-camera is out of work!And why there is so time-wait for repairing if they work for a..life!!

But the t.v's are super, I can comment about the cammcorders as I dont have one.
when I lived in cyprus I also had LG t.v's bought from paphos and they were great also.
My mum bought one also from the same shop 6 years ago and it is still fab

Just take my opinion... go and buy a Nintendo Wii and a LG or Samsung Tv Hd! Do not trust Sony.

Sony is one of the largest consumer electronics companies in the world - they produce 'professional' equipment for the TV broadcast industry too...

I'm guessing that they wouldn't be so successful if their product was shite.

Hi again about Sony!!
I have had my video-camera back,not repaired after one month of waiting.
They don't repair a model of 3 years old they told me,it's not possible to replace what is not working.I've paid 680 euros for this as its suppose to be a good mark.I was taking care of the camera so be out of work after 3 years and the worst not to have the replaicing ect....
So it can be repaired only during the garantie vality!!They are..Thiefs in Cyprus....
