Estate Agents are rip off sharks by virtue of their profession, but this is if course doubly worse in Cyprus as it is a land virtually unregulated and imbued with an almost righteous sense of corruption and greed.

So, yes, I share the author's concern over the honesty and integrity of property brokers.

JoJo: your words speak volumes about your own sense of insecurity, no doubt born of the inate inferiority complex experienced by most Greek Cypriots on account of once (fairly recently in historical terms) being owned by the mighty British.

As soon as you get over such issues, life will become much less...bitter for you.

If you want to make it snappy, go to BuySell on the Finnegoudes. They are good at shifting properties, especially if you put out a lower than average asking price.
