Primary School in Empa, Pafos

Postby christou598 » Sat Jan 05, 2008 10:25 pm

Hi,

As there is a good chance we will be moving back to live in Empa over the coming summer months, and we have 2 children aged 4 & 6, i was wondering if anyone had any experience of sending their children to the primary school in Empa.

They are half cypriot but only understand/speak a few words. I am interested to know how other children have managed to settle in to school whilst not speaking Greek. Can't afford private education so state school it will have to be if we decide to return. Are there many non greek speaking children at this school?

Also, do you contact the schools directly for a place?

Thanks.

Hi

I spoke to a nice man at the Paphos District Education Office. Their number from the UK is:

003572 6804512

He will answer all your queries. :D
