This is a fact that can be seen by reviewing this thread.

Sure. I'll be very happy if you show me where I started it.

You have no similarity with ancient Greeks. None at all.

Harry - I wish you all the luck in the world and trust you follow in your Mother and Sisters footsteps and make your journey. I trust this will enable you to move on another step and perhaps begin to understand, should you wish to.
It is a sad reflection on mankind that we find ourselves in the situation we are in; we appear incapable or unwilling to learn from history.
Cyprus must be a land for Cypriots no matter of which descendancy and the sooner individuals, including politicians and statesmen, stop trying to influence the Islands direction for anything other than the peoples good and furthermore stop giving history lessons to anyone who will listen the sooner a lasting peace can be evolved.
There are always three versions of history, the victor’s version, the vanquished version and the truth. Unfortunately the latter is seldom available.
Somebody once said something along the lines of: Miniscule minds talk about individuals, small minds discuss events and great minds discuss plans. Perhaps there is something there for all of us to think about.
I despair at some of the comment and unadulterated drivel that sometimes can be read on these forums but accept that it is probably written with the best of intentions and in good faith, albeit sometimes misguided and driven by the heart rather than the head, but probably through no fault of the writer.
Whenever you do decide to visit spare a few moments for your Father, those who have gone before you and for a united peace. May your God go with you.

I'm sure you understand that THIS IS HOW IT ALL STARTED! Had there been no violence, in the first place, we might still be here talking, just like we are now, but we would have saved ourselves the dead people - much better, imo.

If there had been no violence in the first place then no Turk would exist in Cyprus. So this is not the point.

The point is if we believe that results of violence are acceptable or not. Deejay told us that the Cyprus problem was solved in 74. Therefore this means the results of violence are acceptable to him and he supports such things.

An hororable thought, which most would like to agree with. Had The Allies not used violence against the Nazi's however, all gc's and tc's would probably be working in slave labour camps today. So i guess youre saying that fighting the war against the nazi's was unacceptable.
