Dear forum,

I am planning to move to Paphos but need some advice about long time rental; if i visit Paphos in Feb for few days is there any places I can look for a long time rental flat/old house (something cheap) I have heard that there is lot's of flat's to rent and the prices are going down- but I seems to have problems finding anything online it is all fancy stuff and I need something close to the beach and out of the "busy" areas.

I’d recommend that you look in the classified sections of the local papers when you get here – Cyprus Weekly, Cyprus Mail, etc. You’ll find lots of places advertised ‘privately’ and won’t have to pay agents commission…
