can you tell me what size is a weight (short one, long or olympic size?).
How many kg of load? What size of hand weights?

They are not olympic weights they are for home use. The weights on the bench press are 10kg each and additional 5 kg can be added. Hand weights are 5kg. and additional ones can be added.
I will need your email address in order to send you a photo of the weights
