yes , its correct . EU is scared to take a country who have a strong character and young population. But cyprus joined it already and we are seeing the results .

I think you left out of your description as to why, fascist and backwards...
And about the RoC...yes you are right as a contributing country to the EU it is a welcome change, for a change...

scared??? you mean unwilling to take a country that violates the human right laws refuses to recognise all eu states and wants all of europe to be scum like them.. you people are animals there is no way turkey will join eu by the deadline given to turkey.

That's not what you said GAV...You said the EU is scared in taking on a fascist country, where dissidents are a plenty...
I bet your perception would be different if gcs accepted ethnic cleansing as the norm and donated their ancestral lands to turkey...
