I own property in Paphos, shops in Polis, 3 hotels in Limassol, four nightclubs and and restaurant in Protaras. I also have a laundrette, a pig farm, a hotel on Mars 20 acres on Jupiter and a 1920's Jaguar which i am looking to sell.

I am also looking to set up another business in Stamp Collecting and make this an international franchise. I am also looking at floating my New York based company who specialise in Pork Chops to the Middle East.

I also have a business partner in Andrex who comes in very handy especially with all the bullshit flying around here GAVCARoCOM, do you want some?

do you know any solicitor to help me to we transfer them on our name or might sell them. i saw one solicitor but he ask percentage and i m not stupid to accept this. i need a fixed reasonable price . we didnt take any exchange property in north for them.

to sell in paphos full seaview next to the road 60 donum land 30 million
50 donum without seaview ( we didnt decide the price)
and limassol very close to the sea 20 donum 20 million
also we have 2 house in limassol and some small plots as well

Webbo, talk for yourself. Greek solicitors are queeing up to buy up Terkish Ctpriot lands and properties. Often at OTT prices. Gavcar.com is not exagerating. What surprises me however is where they are funded from. I suspect the RoC through the developers.

Yes, it is nuts. However the motivation is suspect. Being of a suspicios nature I think the gov is trying by underhand measures to change / reduce the percentage of land owned by the TCs. Its just a hunch.

But at least it's a legitimate way unlike the wholesale selling off of GC land using dodgy deeds in the north to naive foreigners thinking they are getting a bargain.

I once went part the way though a deal with a TC friend ( his suggestion ) for some land near Larnaca but at the time ( about 20 years ago ) it was very difficult as every obstacle was put in my way ~~ I'd hate to think how much that land is worth now.

It's (I believe ) easier now but it's still a matter of who you know to actually achieve this.
