Boomer, the 40% were the TC's who said NO directly. Of the 60% yes vote in the partition survey, more than half were the settlers, so that only leaves about 30% TC's who said yes to partition. If you interpolate those figure it comes to something like 60%-40% TC's saying NO to Partition, if we were to calculate TC's to settlers at a 1:1 Ratio living in the "TRNC". But our friend Bananiot tells us, there are 300,000 settlers in the "TRNC which would change the Ratio to 2:1 in favour of the settlers, which would further change the survey vote to be 70%-30% against Partition.
