Perks?? care to clarify.

It could have been taken anyway moron...If I wanted to be smart ass I could have answered you in a much different way...ie....the way I did since then...

You could have been polite to say the least...but I see even when someone is polite to you, you still find a way of making a cunt of your self...but I still love ya

And to answer your question with just a few
1...free medical
2...free passport so you can be educated in the EU
3...Jobs
4...pensions

Al of the above are perks...What Humanist is saying so you Mr El Thicko could understand, if there was partition do not expect the above...I hope this sinks in...

As you can see I could have answered you as in the above way, but I took your comment at face value, as not understanding the word perk...

PS...Now again is there a shrink in da house

I dont benefit from any of the above so no skin off my nose, those that do will benefit via a recognized country the above "perks" would come automatically just like they do in any other country.

VP I have made my point earlier I agree to go to agreed partition. However, I woud not be as sure as you are that you will get the above perks automatically, firstly read Nikitas post about whether you will automatically get EU membership. The trnc even with is current Turk population would be a burden to the EU and may not necessarily get EU membership immediately. Cyprus will block Turkey for ever, the standard of living in different countries varies so you may not be as lucky as you think.

Though judging on the universieites in the occupied area education may not be a problem. You may get your children educated there. VP you said above you persnally don't benefit from the Perks this is not about you alone. Just think of others when living in a society my friend.

In the mentime I would like to hear from you what would be an appropriate percentage of land mass that would allow the partition to go ahead. As I heard yesterday from yur compatriots, NG & Shah they feel the currently occupied territory is the way to go. Now the RoC id not about to donate its territory to the enemy so what do you persceive as a fair distribution of the occupied land to the trnc.

Remember also with a casino openning in the south you lost thousands of morons who have nothing to do with their money but come and blow it at the casinos. You may get some pilgrims visiting Apostolos Andreas but that is it. varosha is likely to be returned as probably Morphou.

@Humanist
Sorry man, I actually haven't read the whole topic befor posting. Too much work lately, I only read the short topics, and only a few pages everytime.

@VP. Why is it that everytime I write my secret thoughts you tell me I banged my head somewhere? OK VP whatever you might have thought, I consider you an average and common Cypriot. There are many Gcs like you, so in the same way I consider them one of us you too are one of us.

@shah. No it's not the Xmas feeling, in fact I haven't even had the time to watch Xmas events. I haven't even gone to the church. (i usually go 2 times a year one in Xmas and one in Easter  )

@ boomerang: You know today Matsakis applied for canditate president! He said Talat told him he is willing to discuss even a unitary state solution if we think the BBF will lead us to partition.I am not sure if he is telling the truth but imo the TCs are afraid of prtition as much as we are. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize we will be loosers in such a case.

Pyr ....... I imagine most TC's are afraid of partition. On my recent visit to Cyprus I met up with a Turkish speaking Cypriot friend in the occupied areas, he was originally from the north and stayed there, obviously. He has told that they are afraid of partition because they know their fate, Turkey's newest state. He told me many other things ....... am heading to the beach no time to chat.

matsakis is the guy who took down the flag right? I think he is agutsy fucker and I think it will be good for Cyprus to have a gutsy president. :)

Once formally partioned leave the rest to us, thanks for the concern but improving the TRNC with the benefits of recognition would be up to us and I am confident we will prosper even further. I agree that we would not automatically go in to the EU which I personally never supported anyway, this can be deterred until a time we wish to meet all the requirements.

Though judging on the universieites in the occupied area education may not be a problem. You may get your children educated there. VP you said above you persnally don't benefit from the Perks this is not about you alone. Just think of others when living in a society my friend.

Well spotted we will develop even further with direct flights and speciallized tourism. As for not benefiting from perks well itts human nature you think of yourseif first then others and there are many more like me in the TRNC plus a recognized coutnry would produce a lot more opportunity to provide for those less fortunate.

In the mentime I would like to hear from you what would be an appropriate percentage of land mass that would allow the partition to go ahead. As I heard yesterday from yur compatriots, NG & Shah they feel the currently occupied territory is the way to go. There has to be incentive for GCs to agree partition and as they appear to want land the most we have to give them what they want to gert what we want. As for a percetnage the only way is to have an independent body decide taking into account all the evidence of illegal land transfers. I woudl go along with what ever % was determined by this body plus allow for a certain amount of GCs who wanted to live with us in the TRNC.

Remember also with a casino openning in the south you lost thousands of morons who have nothing to do with their money but come and blow it at the casinos. You may get some pilgrims visiting Apostolos Andreas but that is it. varosha is likely to be returned as probably Morphou.

You can have the casinos they do not generate any income for the TRNC. I would agree to Maras and Guzelyurt being returned for recognition.

At last we have started to agree, see this is the best way to bring this problem to a close, you have arrived whereas many still do not understand that the other route is not possible for many reasons.

Would that work the other way also? That is TC who wanted to live in the ROC.
