1) Rejoin the gym and pay for a years membership in advance to give me the motivation to keep going. I often stop when it comes to renewing the membership.

2) Not eat as much junk food which involves buying a 14piece bargain bucket from KFC on a Friday night which lasts me for lunch and dinner on the Saturday.

3) Stop wasting money and buying things I don't need.

4) To carry on being as polite as I am, despite what other people say or think. (apparantly, I'm TOO polite and TOO smiley)
