That's exactly the point I was trying to make ~ but what are the legalities involved ~~ what happens if Mr TC and his family move back ~~ what happens to the GC property in the north ~ has it or will it be sold as Mr TC has the dodgy deeds for it .

And yes I think The GC's are being really stupid whilst I can appreciate what they are trying to achieve ~~ sadly it won't work whilst GC land in the north is being sold off wholesale to foreigners.

A Turk-TC posts a stupid thread whilst trying to pretend he is a caring soul only concerned for the GCs that have been ethnically cleansed from the north and prevented from returning to their homes by 40,000 Turkish troops.

The Turk-TC has a clear conscience nevertheless, because he only has a house in the north and only lives there apparently, and of course it is not his responsibility at all.

But, he informs us, it is our government's responsibility and they are failing miserably to stop the sale of these properties.

When the Turk-TCs are reminded that Turkey is in fact, through her invasion, the one who is preventing the RoC from rightfully exercising her jurisdiction . . . the fascist Kemalist indoctrinated Turk-TCs (thanks Kifeas) turn round and accuse any defenders of the GCs as racist.
