I've read what Halil posted. It reminds me a bit of what was promised to the "TRNC" as far as lifting the isolation if they voted YES for the AP, and after almost 4 years....NOTHING. This time again, just when Turkey is running out of time and feeling like being squeezed into a corner for the upcoming opening of the EU chapters again, which can only go forward if Turkey opens her ports to the RoC, the UN is trying to find some face saving exit for Turkey by lifting some of the isolation. Don't be surprised if in fact the RoC is also taking part with the UN to get the ball rolling on this issue for a LIMITED lifting of the isolation.
