Phoenix,there's a HUGE difference between Coke Zero & Diet Coke.It is Diet Coke that contains the nasty chemical that turns it into formaldehyde after being drunk.That is why I never buy any drink marked 'Diet'.The taste is very different.

Thanks everyone. The wife wanted to take me out to dinner tonight, but as I spend every night out of home, I prefered to stay home and spend some quality time with her. She cooked a nice meal and had a few glasses of Mrs. Theodoras village wine and now I am ready for sleep.
BTW BCN, I am definitely not Greek-Cypriot but definitely a Cypriot. Yes, I do drink Coke zero but have been overdoing it lately so I am trying (with great difficulty) to give it up. My second favourite is KEAN.
Phoenix, my 27 year old son (who lives in Australia) sent me an sms today and teasing me of how close I am getting to become 60. I just answered him by saying that one thing I am not afraid of is getting old.

Kafenes,I'm also a Coke Zero addict.I buy 6 1-1/2 litre bottles of it a week,plus I also buy a Sprite Zero,a Pepsi Max,& a 7 Up as well.

Check out the ingredients of Coke Zero. You have been fooled by the adverts because you are precisely the sort of person they target.
Their marketing men realised men do not like to be associated with "diet" anything. So they called it "Zero". It is zero because they have replaced the sugar with artificial sweeteners.
As I've already said, these are very bad for your brain ......
