How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

How about you learn to use the quotes facility of this forum and I in return will answer your question ? ;)

There are several reasons why I have not persued this idea.

1) I am not sure that such action will help the Cypriot problem
2) I am not sure that such action will help my aunt or her children.
3) No leagl action is easy or simple or cheap to persue - If I were to do it I would want to do it properly and right now in my personal life I have other things I wish to do with my life.

Reasons why I consider I may do it.

1) Justice is good.
2) If GC are going to use leagl actions as a political tool then should TC not respond in kind
3) I have a massive curiosity to see how a court like the ECHR that can 'value' the loss of access to your home would value the loss of a human life to those that loved and cared for them.

Over all the balance has won out in favour of not persuing legal action - but things can and often do change.

PS - re my uncle it is personal to my family but I did not know the man (he was killed before I was born) he was killed over 40 years ago now and your question was not offensive in its nature. Unlike your comments that did upset me that where about people I did know, that were not even in the ground yet and were extermely offensive (they got what they deserved (which is essentialy what karma means) - ie a brutal murder becasue they were living on land that used to be owned by a GC) and were blantant using of peoples tradgedy and grief for 'political purposes).

What an novel and interesting approach (to find reasons to deny TC community any political equality in their own homeland) So if we were richer you would have no problem with a federal solution in Cyprus

I was just pointing out the obvious fact that the glorious ethnically pure TC state will be a leach.

I would still see an ethnically pure TC state as grossly illegal and unethical.

Thank you

See You in Court.

I am going to sue you and Piratis, since you didnt let me finish my essay and go back to bed.

Erolz I think you should sue the bastards into oblivion. A decision from a Human Rights Court may close an open festering wound.

Anyway.

If GCs are to pay for a solution in favour of the TCs then they should get some 'value for money'.

It is an uphill battle that you are facing trying to convince the people who are going to pay your bills for your proposed Apartheid.[/i]

Certainly is an uphill struggle when you remain convinced that we are saying that you should pay our bills when in fact we are saying we will pay our bills you will pay your bills and where there are joint bills we will pay them equally.

I also suppose the TC are going to "contribute" by selling tourist packages run on onfiscated Greek Cypriot land.

That alone is sickening to me.

You may be pregnant or got a bad stomach bug, but never mind you will get over it and if it is still there in a few days go to your local doctor who will give you an injection into your arse, which i am sure will make you feel a whole lot better.

If I unleash my bowels and the steaming contents of my bladder in your face I'll feel better. Then I'll take your moronic proposals and wipe my arse and then wrap your lunch with it.

I am sure that your ancestors were torturers.
