Police seize crystal ball as medium arrested

A 44-YEAR-old English Cypriot woman was arrested late on Friday night in connection with witchcraft and fraud claims.

After receiving a complaint by a woman who often visited the “medium” and claimed she had paid large amounts of money to have her future predicted, Strovolos police decided to set a trap.

An undercover policewoman visited the 44-year-old pretending to be a client and booked an appointment to learn about the future of her relationship.

The woman, who used a crystal ball, charged £20 for a 10-minute visit. After two visits, the undercover officer arranged a third appointment, during which, police broke in and arrested the suspect.

She was taken to Strovolos Police Station, where she was remanded in custody. Her crystal ball was confiscated and will be used as evidence in court.

She must be fake, otherwise she would have predicted the arrest. :)

But what if the undercover policewoman finds out, that the predictions she was given, came true by the time of the court hearing?

Why is this fraud? If a person wants to believe in this it's up to them how they spend their money.

Witchcraft??? Does burning at the stake still apply in Cyprus?

Then again....... if anyone wants me to predict their future just send me £100 and I'll email you an accurate prediction.

In Deut. 18:10-12, we read:

"There shall not be found among you any one that ... uses divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer, for all that do these things are an abomination unto the Lord

Er, ok but in the case of our lady friend who complained to the police was she mad about loosing money or just completely mad to pay up in the first place. Yianna asks on what grounds was our "witch" arrested . Very flimsy ground it appears (but at least she should have seen the arrest coming and probably knows the sentence) she should have stayed in the UK its rip off paradise.

Give her the ball back I say !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or the court is cursed

Witchcraft is like a form of idolatry. It is as bad as the money-making schemes that are dreamt up by the idolatrous Cult of Rome in which extremely gullible Roman Catholics are contributing to the extremely lavish lifestyles of the Pope of Rome & the Cardinals.

Take it you are not a Catholic then, or at least not a practising one?!
