After viewing a post on Skype which ended in insults. One reasonable response by kurupetos left me thinking. He suggested using VoipBuster. Has anybody used this, I noticed when I went on their website all LAN lines to Cyprus were free, which is good.

Has anybody experienced this service of knows of other similar services which have a better offers?

I am using Voipbuster every day. The line is not always the best. Skype lines are better but land lines are free for Cyprus and the rate for mobile is not too high.

I use Skype only for computer to computer but when it comes to land line and mobile phones I use Voip. You can also text from there and cost me less than what cost me a text from my UK mobile phone.

Is free, you need a head set, computer and internet connection. Thats it.

If you want to call mobiles etc you will need to put some money in your account. Its easy to use it.

In the UK we had CytaUK, all mobile and lan line calls to Cyprus were free, including all LAN lines in the UK for a set fee. Is there nothing like this in Cyprus with regards to normal telephone use.

I might decide to sign on then, I think you can get it to work on your Nokia mobile. Would this mean you would be calling on your mobile for no cost??

One of my friends mention that, so I know that Nokia phones can do that but I am not sure how that works or how you can set it up.
