TV Channels

I have a digi box in my apartment in Paphos that picks up BBC World and about 500 foreign language channels, does anyone know, can I buy a digi box in Cyprus that will pick up more English speaking options.

I have a special box that will pick up all English channels (BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, etc.) plus thirty five movie channels plus ninety four porn channels plus Discovery plus Sky 1 -3, etc…

Only CY£95 to you as I like you…

Someone seriously needs to get out more.

Buy Grumps box ~ get a 3 metre dish and you will be overwhelmed with English speaking channels ( sky ) plus BBC 1 / 2 / 3 and all the ITV channels .

You will never want to go out again

You guys are correct I need to get out more, unlike Kureptos and Bill who it appears have nothing better to do than sit on their computers at midnight on a Saturday night making what they think are smart remarks.

Does anyone have anything sensible to say on the subject?

Loads of shops sell them but you have to pay to get the channels you want...

I thought I'd given you a viable and sensible solution :? ~ and if you can't take a little humour with the posts you could be posting on the wrong forum ~ exactly what part of my answer did you not understand.

I'll say it again

Get a sky box and a 3 metre dish and you can have all the UK terrestrial channels via sky ( astra 2d satellite ) free plus if you subscribe to sky all their channels too.

Now I think that's a smart answer and I thank you for your compliment ~~ I just can't understand why you haven't thought of it your self

The alternative is showtime ( you have to pay a subscription ) showing English films and some soaps ( including 2 week old eastenders ) but I guess that you have already tried that .

Is that a sensible enough answer for you because I won't be repeating my self to someone who won't listen to good advice .

As for being on the computer at midnight on a Saturday night you have to realise that being a pensioner I have to watch my money carefully plus you are right sadly I do not have better things to do~ sitting by the computer not only gives me something to do but also I get some warmth from the overclocked processor too thus saving on heating.

Bill ~ ~~~ a miserable old fart sitting at the computer and hugging it for warmth
