Those people that smugly drink bottled water are contributing to a mountain of unwanted plastic
. . . not to mention the other environmental costs of bottling, transportation etc.

I am quite happy to drink tap water, but what am I supposed to do when I am out? I always have bottled water in the fridge for family and guests.
Ever heard of recycling? Our family recycles everything we can so our bins hardly have anything in them. If only the rest of Cyprus could give it a go..................

TC raki/Ouzo is far better than Turkish Raki. Greek, well I had a very dry one, not to my palate. The only spirit I partake, and then only for medicinal use.
When in Cyprus, somehow I suffer from tummy upsets every evening. Thats my excuse. My family often worry about their cooking. I never told them the truth.
Do you stay in the "TRNC" ?
