Those people that smugly drink bottled water are contributing to a mountain of unwanted plastic

. . . not to mention the other environmental costs of bottling, transportation etc.

I am quite happy to drink tap water, but what am I supposed to do when I am out? :? I always have bottled water in the fridge for family and guests.

:? Ever heard of recycling? Our family recycles everything we can so our bins hardly have anything in them. If only the rest of Cyprus could give it a go..................

TC raki/Ouzo is far better than Turkish Raki. Greek, well I had a very dry one, not to my palate. The only spirit I partake, and then only for medicinal use.

When in Cyprus, somehow I suffer from tummy upsets every evening. Thats my excuse. My family often worry about their cooking. I never told them the truth.

Do you stay in the "TRNC" ? :D

Is this another game for your entertainment Phoenix? If it is I am not playing. If you are serious for once let me know.

@ Bubbles . . . re-using bottles to store in the fridge or use to take out with you is clearly not an issue.

@ GG Don't go off the rails, but the USA are the worst offenders in material waste.
