I need to vote twice, I love it and hate it! I like the taste, but hate the after effects (when you drink too much).

Just wondering if you love it or hate it?

I'm an ex-lover of Ouzo or rather I no longer enjoy this fantastic drink !
Since becoming a diabetic , 10 years ago , Ouzo along with Brandy , Port and a few other drinks had to be avoided. I did however recently had a bottle of the Turkish equivalent to Ouzo given to me by mt dear friend Deniz , just couldn't let it go to waste , enjoyed every drop !!
Ouzo , contrary to popular belief should be drunk straight , no ice no water just the pure drink.
Adding water spoils the taste a bit like adding water to beer or milk to ....Cypriot Coffee !!

Ouzo!!! Too bleeding Greek for my taste although I do seem to have a few bottles lying around, including one in a bouzouki-shaped bottle. What's that about?

So My Fellow Imbibers and Fornicators do your Patriotic National Duty and stick with the National CY Drink that is Zivania.

erm ....Yiassas! .....je yia Hara ..... :D

Always !
I have never been drunk , I'm usually fast asleep before I get drunk just pass out really !
Wine is of course my main passion , a bottle each evening is thoroughly enjoyed although have to admit on Sundays is a little more what with the Sunday roast etc.
I have to say that I never drink and drive so if a journey by car is planned then wine just has to wait for my return, extremely faithful to me , never answers back and always ready and waiting eagerly anticipating the exhilarating experience I put it through .
