Hello Everybody,

I don't know about you guys but there seems to be a virus going round. I think I have it. My head was killing me and then all my bones were aching. The initial battle passed but now I have a really deep voice, which hurts when I talk. My aunty got it and so has my cousins.

Is anybody else feeling ill this Christmas, or am I on my own?

Sega, sorry to hear of your troubles, I usually depend on a few sips of Zivania whenever I feel a little off colour, particularly with matters concerning the throat, perhaps such might be beneficial to you also, hope you make a speedy recovery, Best Wishes.

Ye I hope so too. I got some HALLS sweets, zivana would definatly do the trick. I will give it a try tonight. I don't know how much of the stuff I can take before being classed a drunk. I will have it next to my bedside, don't fancy driving in the morning though.

I've got flu-like symptoms at the moment

I have to wonder why, when you need your sleep to aid recovery, does Mother Nature always make you feel worse at night
The moment my head hits the pillow, it's non stop cough-cough-cough, accompanied by head splitting pain

It's the night which are the worse, and during the day all I want to do is sleep. And you know your taking cough medicene everytime you go to wee.

Just recovering from a severe chest infection which started with the same symptoms. Needed a strong antibiotic to clear the tubes which are still glued up!!

No it's got a bit worse, to moved up to my ears and nose and my head is a bit dizzy. Hopefully by early next week it should go.

I don't know, I got this silly rule were I don't take paracetamol or aspirin and I also don't go to the doctor unless I am going to die or something.

It started in the neck, my voice hurt a little. Then it went upwards to my nose and my ears. My ears hurt as if they got ear infection and my nose can't breath. Ye, my bones are starting to hurt, they keep cracking when I turn my neck. My head feels stuffy too. People tell me it's the flu but I don't know, it might be.
