Why should they the Japanese did not sign the Geneva convetion regarding treatment of prisoners of war, nor did they observe it with their forced marches and forced labour but worse of all beheading POWs or eating the cooked livers of shot down airmen.
The Japanese were not hypocrites, unlike the USA, they didnt sign it, while the USA did, and has broken the Geneva Convention by practacing torture on POWS. Japanese soldiers should be Pardon for crimes the Americans have commited in Iraq, or they should punish there soldiers and those that governing that have ordered these crimes.
