Occupiers of TC property may be arrested

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

For the sake of peace on the forum lets just avoid responding to each others posts for about 30+ years. No response necessary.

First of all you have no right to tell me when to respond and when not. Got it? And for your information I will always respond when I see nonsense from you, so rest uneasy.

Secondly re or bre or be is not an insult, it's a colloguial calling adverb AMONG EQUALS and it's the same in both Greek and Turkish so clear up the place from your egg shells.
Do you remember the slogan a few weeks ago :"Evet be annem"?

Thirdly yes the size of your letters implied imposing of your completely faulty figures and stressed the size of your paranoia.

Any further questions?

In short it is the Cyprus issue, we cant get on, we cant see eye to eye so why force it, the conversations on this forum alone are good reason and reinforce why we should move towards recognized partition.

Viewpoint, I think many TC's may beg to differ with you. You seem to have a very BIG chip on your shoulder. A constructive approach to solving our problems is needed and it needs cool heads (which in my opinion you don't have) and a realisation that Cyprus is too small a place to be divided in the long run.

Placing your faith in Turkey and division will eventually lead to zero TC's living in Cyprus. TC's have more in common with GC's than they do with Turks, both genetically and in way of life. You may wish to deny this but at the end of the day that is the truth.

Could you kindly try and clarify the chip on the shoulder comment???Im interested to read your comments and if construcitve take them on board.

I used to think like you as well before the boarders were opened up but after visiting the south and meeting GCs, listening to them concerning their views just like you guys on the forum add to this the way your GC administation view TCs, I came to the conclusion that NO these people cannot agree anything, their arguments fears concerns wants demands are so far apart there is noway they can agree on a solution that both sides can commit to even if you gave them 1000 years. You must all see this to you just choose to close your eyes to these facts?? or is it the simple fact you dont want to concede as it is viewed as a form of failure.
Over the last year I have not read seen or heard anything concerning the possiblity of us agreeing on anything that will actually work. With all due respects who I put my faith in is really my business dont you think? Plus in Turkish there is a saying both ends of the stick are shitty.

I apologise for being so pesimistic but I truly feel that given the current climate and current developments recognition of partition for return of land is the only way to bring this who issue to an end.

An interesting article about the orams case and the recent changes in law in southern cyprus about how it holds no water.

Subsequently the land came to be registered at the Land Registration Office of the TRNC in the name of a third party who sold the land to Mr and Mrs Orams.

HOw nice it is to be able to obtain land by having it registered under your name and then being able to sell it for hundreds of thousands. hehe.

although the article correctly states that neither the EU nor the RoC have any jurisdiction in the occupied territories it fails to mention anything about the Loizidou case. if the owners rights are refused through international legal means then he can always seek to sue Turkey.

he also fails to mention that if a solution does occur the GCs most likely to have their property back are those who propertis are currently being occupied by non-Cyprios (including settlers).

the basic thing about stolen property being sold is that it hinders further the creation of a solution and in the event of one, it will bd
