Yes Tarana = Trachana

and ezogelin =
Ezo gelin soup (Turkish: Ezo gelin çorbası, "the soup of Ezo the bride") is a common soup in the Turkish cuisine. The main ingredients are bulgur and red lentils. The origin of the soup is attributed to Ezo the bride from Gaziantep.

The ingredients are virgin olive oil, butter, 1 large onion, garlic, 1 large tomato, tomato paste, paprika, red pepper, red lentils, rice, bulgur, dried mint, black pepper & salt, lemon wedges.

Nothing can beat soup made from out of a packet - especially Maggie soup.I don't know if you have that brand over there in Cyprus.

P.S< Don't forget to add half maggi chicken broth and halloumi cut in small rectangular pieces.

Hate trachana with maggi. Bliah.

Kurupetos,I was trying to remember the spelling,being pretty tired.I like leek & potato,but I prefer tomato soup though.
