Well they got rid of the Armenians, the Assyrians, the pontian greeks and now the Cypriots. Thats why, having no Cypriot or greek blood, I am so worried for cyprus. Such a beautiful ancient culture is risking destruction under turkish hooves.

It is the duty of every freedom loving Cypriot to do everything ins his power to stop this from happening.

I do not know as yet all the details of the Cyprus crisis caused by the Greek military regime.I am afraid that the number of casualties is large and that the material destruction is heavy. What is, however, our primary concern at present is the ending of the tragedy.

From 1963 to 1974 the TCs asked from caves and tents and and from the grave but it fell on deaf ears.

The dead from the coup were only around 50-60 if I remember well so quoting Makarios as saying "thousands" is as thick as it gets... I don't doubt him saying that damage was "large"... it is a relative word.

From the horses mouth and you still try to squirm out of it....hahaha

Now let me see........20,000 Greeks arrive from Greece and start a coup with Makarios supporters being killed left right and centre....Then Makarios asks his men to put down their weapons and more killings happened and it only amounted to 50 or 60..........Nice resistance that you boasted about earlier in your carrier...You seem to want it always Gr and it ain't gonna happen...The fighting was intense and thoussands were murdered by the Greeks and you guys blame it on Turks......So whats new???
