If you dissolved the constitution and walked out in 1963 . . . when did you become "aware" of this "Akritas" plan?

They read about an alleged plan some 30 years later written in a book by Makarios Droussiotis and it was quickly adopted to "justify" their illegalities by pretending they knew about it!

That was my very thought exactly (after that third glass of wine)

The Tcs walked out for their own interests and it was lucky for them they found an excuse in the supposed Akritas plan . . . that's why you won't let go of it . . . it's your only excuse for the betrayal of what you would like to call your country.

Maybe you really are drunk and you don't know what you are talking about and maybe you are not but just the bastard strip searching my mum in 63 would have been enough to throw you guys out of government. There were hundreds more like that...And we did not abandon anything let alone the "RoC' which did not exist then and only exists illegally now. we were part of the Cyprus Republic and you screwed that up so you could form the "RoC", change the constitution illegally and claim to represent the whole island.....What a laugh

You suffered nothing more in '63 than we did Zan . . . both you and I are living testimony to that.
Yet the GCs wanted to generate a Democratically run country that had none of the hangups of being a colony. Why did your people see fit to go with the British when we wanted independence and self-determination?

You sold us out to the Brits in '63 and to the Turks in '74.

Because 63 and then 67 wasn't enough for you so you tried again in 74. Three attempts by you to clean us off the island. The third was in 1974 when we finally stopped you....We the ethnically cleansed bit back one final time and we have had peace ever since.

Because my recollection was that the GCs were staving off an attempted coup whilst the TCs were being rounded up by the opportunistic Turks to colonise part of Cyprus for Turkey.
