This little old lady goes to see the doctor.

"Dr" she says "you must help me! I cant stop farting, I am so glad they are silent and don't smell otherwise it would be very embarrassing, I must of farted at least 6 times since i've been in here"

"Take these for a couple of days and then come back and see me" says the Dr

two days later she is back " I dont know what you gave me Dr, but i am farting just as much but now they STINK, i am so glad they are silent,
at least people dont know its me!!"

"Thats your nose sorted now lets clean out those ears!!!!!"
