Ban Ki Moon says isolation on TCs should be lifted

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby humanist » Wed Dec 05, 2007 10:38 pm

Ban Ki Moon another UN leader who has stated that isolation on the TCs should be removed. 2008 is going to be interesting, lets see the EU and UN keep their word and the GCs squirm for lost chances with a leader who has in 5 years taken them nowhere but closer towards agreed partition. Thank you Tasos, lets hope you get another term.

Ban Ki Moon also claims he was very disappointed with meeting with both leaders and considers both sides are equally to blame for no progress on the 8th July agreement.

That blows a few GCs arguments to pieces dont you think, always blaming Talat for the lack of progress.

The isoaltion will be lifted VP once the refugees are allowed to access their homes and other properties.

VP I wonder whether you secretely hope for unification, and a return to the 1960's constitution.

BTW Talat is to blame about the stalemate and sabotaging of any unifications plans because he wants partition remember. Otherwise he may be called a liar as he talks of unification, when it suits and aims for partition through his actions. I personally think he is a racist pig. At least Papadopoulos has been consistent about wanting BBF .

Just got back home in Catalkoy from an evening out in Kyrenia, its raining buckets load. It didn't keep people locked in their homes. Restaurants full, people smiling and spending their hard earned cash.

Everybody is celebrating the future.

What a garbage response!

You know, GR, reacting to posts in that kind of matter shows that you are simply taking refuge in bluster, rather than directly responding to the issue, which makes you look rather foolish. In any case, The RoC depends upon the UN reinforcing the view that the TRNC is an outlaw entity, which is of course used by the RoC to justify the imposition of isolation strategies in the form of embargoes and boycotts, though in the language of 'so-called' to show that it is the north's own fault. The UN Sec-Gen, by stating that there is no 'so-called' in these isolations, has shown that the UN does not agree with the RoC strategy. If you think that this observation is wrong, then tell me - and the other readers - why, without having to resort to a smear campaign, which seems to be your usual strategy as of late. Disagreeing with me is one thing. Dis-ing me because of my observations and opinions is another.
