The % of land distribution has been disputed becuase there are many claims by TCs that were conned out of their land during 1963 when their houses were burnt down and chased away or given up as collateral for loans never to be returned.

29% has always been an agreed figure by leaders from both sides,so the proposal has been made but GC again rejected that they want more.. for me 18% is even acceptable as long as I dont have to share anyting with people like you who are out to destroy our community rights and reduce us to minority status in our own country, aint gonna happen Elephant man aka Msss Kikapolousis.

If that 29% figure is accurate, then Expatkiwi was more correct than GR. Can one get confirmation either way?

I'd like to get that confirmation as well. Something solid to challenge GR on. If the site that I had gotten the 31% figure from is an exaggeration, then I think it best to know just how much of an exaggeration it is. 31% from 29% is far less of an exaggeration than 31% from 18%. What do you think, GR?

Does he or can he play any role in Cyprus problem.Maybe you are speaking about this person in South who waiting or getting orders from the Generals? Just before the Annan Plan referendum, Greece threatened to use it's veto, on the ten or so countries that were waiting to be given the green light in joining the EU, if the "RoC" were not let in as well........Who is this person called Tpap??????

The only problem is the illegal occupation by Turkey. We have a legitimate government and there are so many UN resolutions calling for the withdrawal of the illegal regime. The only solution is for the withdrawal of the occupation forces and the illegal settlers. I can't understand what all the negotiating is about. Turkey GET OUT. Plain and simple.
